How to get current track time to show

Hello
I am a brand new convert to Foobar and I love it's sound quality, but I do find it's minimal window a bit bare. I can learn to live with it, but I would like to have the current track time to show.

I have found out how to add the buttons to the top, but all I get below is a track number and track time. Can I get it to show the currently playing track time?

Another question concerns the default settings. I am looking for best quality to play mainly cds. I have no MP3s yet.

I am using W XP Pro, P IV 2.66 and 1 gb RDram, and have a M-Audio Revo sound card, Videologic Sirroco speakers and an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro video card, with a Toshiba M 1612 DVD drive and a Yahama CRW F1E cdrw, and 4 Western Digital SE hard drives.

I have read many threads on settings and quality, and some I understand and know how to do, and others, I am not sure what to do, or know if it will matter.

Thanks for any help.

I am sure you must get fed up with all these newbie posts, but who better to ask?

Look in the status bar.  The default status bar formatting string displays the current elapsed track time.

Sorry
I was just getting ready to edit my post. I saw to my chagrin that the current track time is shown at the "bottom" of the list.
Now another dumb question. Can I get it to show the track title? I have played around with the settings, but no joy. I really am a newbie to all this, and I am a bit older than most of the users of this forum as well I suppose, so go gently please.

Thanks again

Just looking now, and as the cd is playing, all I get at the bottom is, left hand side track # and 44000/s, and right side, track status bar and time.
This is a commercial cd.
Thanks

PS
I have no album info in the top either, just track # and time.

Ah, CDs.  I'm not sure if there's a way to use CDDB or not.
