I need plugin/encoder to convert 5.1 WAV to stereo Dolby Pro Logic II.

I downloaded Foobar 2000 v 1.1.12a

I need now a plug in for Foobar which converts 5.1 WAVs (5 or 6 channels WAV file) into Stereo Dolby Pro Logic II.
In other words a Dolby ProLogic encoder.

I remember there was something for Foobar 0.9 version. But since my HD is crashed, I couldn't recover and/or find this library anymore

Could you help me please ?

A DSP already exists in Foobar to convert 5.1 to stereo.  Dolby PLII is a proprietary, licensed, (mostly) hardware-exclusive upmixer which converts two-channel to 5.1.

You need to clarify what you want to do and how you want to get sound to your speakers, id est analog, coax/optical s/pdif, or hdmi, and if you have a receiver which is PLII capable.

I'm sorry, I try to explain myself in a better way.

with Foobar 0.9 there was a library that converted the 5.1 WAV into Dolby Prologic II stereo file (or compatible with PLII).
So that, if I burn that Stereo PLII into a CD, I can listen to it in a normal Stereo system and if I put it into a Dolby PLII Home Theater System, Automatically it is decoded.
Thus: wha is in the Center channel goes in the Center speaker, what is in the RL goes in the RL Speaker etc ...
