android (htc) - free diktafon replacement app ?

I did some surprisingly good voice audio recordings with my htc (wildfire s) the other day using the bundled app called "diktafon". It can compress into AAC_LC and the quality is decent and all, however:

a. there is no clear indication about clipping during the recording (big red visual flash would do).
b. there is no option to save to lossless (FLAC, WAV, AIF, whatever will do)

The app must not sell its bigger payable brother, must not spam, must not show any silly commercials.

any recommendations (other than "get an iphone")?
