I've searched through the forums and haven`t had much luck in finding out how I can add lyrics to an ogg file.

Also, if I can, would Winamp 2.91 be able to display the lyrics?

I've never heard of such things.
Do you want the lyrics included as just a text-file or as a "karaoke" (timestamps to each word) ?

You can add lyrics as

- subtitles : no such thing in Ogg yet, at least not spec compliant. But you may have a look at OGM, a sled made container format based on Ogg http://tobias.everwicked.com

- attachement files : this is possible in principle, but i dont know of any working implementation
