How to batch convert FLAC to mp3 + attach cover art

I have a hard drive full of FLAC albums. Album art is in each folder saved as folder.jpg. I want to use FB2k to convert FLAC to mp3. How do I ensure that album art is embedded in the resulting mp3? Is there a component or components I need to make it happen? Your help is appreciated.

foobar won't embed album art through the converter. but you can achieve this task with 2 steps.

first set the converter to copy the jpg files to the destination folders as it converts (other>when finished>copy files: folder.jpg)
then you can batch attach these files (right click>tagging>batch attach pictures)

foobar 1.1.7 or above is needed for the "batch attach pictures" feature.
