file>preferences>display>default user interface>colors and fonts

i would have thought having a quick look through all the options would be less effort than creating a forum account and uploading screenshots?

That's the problem. All the fonts are set to Calibri, but the playlists don't change.

oh i see. it works fine for me using the default UI playlist view and both 3rd party playlist components that i know of (simplaylist and EsPlaylist).

I'm using the default UI. Are there any registry/settings files I can manually edit to change the font?

You want the playlist font changed or as your image shows the font for Tabs?

Changing either to any font / size, including Calibri works fine here.

Looks like you're using a Windows skinning tool of some sort. Is that correct?

I am using a custom Win7 skin, which I'm fairly certain is what's causing it, but I'd still like to find a way around that to change the font.

And I'm aware there's a "Tab" font choice. As stated above, all fonts are set to calibri.

You probably mean a msstyle theme as windows7 skin? If so then please check another theme so that you can find the culprit. If indeed the theme is causing the wrong font in the playlist tabs so what answer do you expect? Why should and how could the foobar2000 offer any help. I would rather get in contact with the author of the theme.
