HDMI to SDIF 3 or other format to SDIF 3

Hi I am getting a DAC which is capable of inputting DSD on SDIF3 connectors, which is Mytek Digital Stereo DSD 192 DAC.
Oppo BDP-95 outputs 5.1 DSD audio via HDMI.
My question is : Is there any converter to convert HDMI audio to SDIF3 ?
I searched google but could not find one.
