XLD Not reading Gracenote tags from iTunes

I've been ripping a box set of discs. Brand new and mint. iTunes retrieves information from Gracenote database and I have labels for song title, album, artist, etc. When I run XLD and open "Audio CD" I don't have any tags. Just Track 1, Track 2... Any guesses to what I might be doing wrong? I've had no problem with the first 10 or so discs, now it seems to happen every other disc. I've switched cd-roms and no go either.
