any way on being able to rip to more formats insted of what the program lists on the ripping screen...

wma pro
wma vbr
wma lossless
mp3
wav


ya think there wud be aac, flac, ogg and other stuff by now

Sorry you can't. I suggest you to use EAC or Dbpoweramp which would be better and safer ways to rip your music

Sadly WMP is not even that great a ripper for WMA.  I use EAC + MAREO to rip WMAL and 2-pass WMA.
