True Audio Codec for Windows 7 64 (that works with Foobar)

I have installed every version of a 64bit driver I could find and absolute nothing is working. Every driver I have found allows me to play .TTA in Media Player, just not foobar... I feel stupid because i'm fairly sure i'm just missing something.

Reason: This component is not compatible with this version of Windows and needs to be recompiled with a newer version of the foobar2000 SDK; please contact the author of this component to obtain an updated version of this component.
