blind-test ladder plugin

I would really like a ladder-test plugin for foobar2k. Being economical about the time spent testing is always a good thing.

Can anyone give some hints as to how much work this would be? Is there some C/C++ API that one can easily integrate into? Is the foo_abx sourcecode downloadable from anywhere?
