Seeking 3gp wrapper

I can't find this anywhere. Is it possible to extract AAC stream from mp4 container and put it to 3gp container? All the commercial tools only force transcode even from AAC and only offer AAC LC profile. Not needing extractor so much,  but the wrapper is important. That tool similar to mp4creator. Can't believe there's not corresponding wrapper for 3gp. Is 3gp format some kinda secret ?

try YAMB (mp4box technically), that can do it
