What sound card should i get?

I need a sound card that sounds good, and has digital S/PDIF output, and is less than $90. The only thing I've found is the Asus Xonar DX and HT OMEGA STRIKER, for $89. Is there anything better and/or cheaper? Also, either PCI or PCI-e is fine.  It will be used primarily for listening to music and movies and gaming every once in a while.

If you will use digital output, then every card will sound exactly the same.

If you need good analog i/o, M-Audio Audiophile 2496 can be found around $90. Keep in mind, that these days soundcards built-in in mobos are much better that a few yeras ago, likely indistinguishable from decent PCI cards.
Ceterum censeo, there should be an "%is_stop_after_current%".
