Change metadata with foobar?

Hi,

I am in the process of ripping my cd-collection onto my qnap 209 pro II in flac format, but on some of the cds I have mistyped the song names, or not corrected the metadata in EAC before ripping. I have installed Foobar 2000 on my laptop, and I am trying to get the library to point to my music folder on the qnap in order to change the metadata. I am able to play songs, but not change the metadata directly when foobar-library pointing to the qnap music folder. I have to copy the cd to my laptop and change the metadata and copy the cd back to the qnap. Is there anything I can do to change the data directly on the qnap in foobar?

Appreciate your suggestions.

Brgds,

Olav

One more try; do you know if there is any way to edit the tags/metadata on flac files that is stored on my qnap nas?
