I want fix it with any filter. I have Audacity software and Adobe Audition 3, but i want your help for repair it, improve it (or lessen damage). How do What software do yo suggest? Which filter do you recommend?

I uploaded a preview bad audio: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cw-caOZOE-A

Unfortunately, you can't fix what's missing. The gaps in the stutters are would-be sound data that never got captured.

That's a very bad audio! I don't think you can ever fix or improve it whatsoever.
sin(α) = v sound/v object = Mach No.
