Thoughts on HT OMEGA sound cards?

Hello all, I've been in the market for a new sound card as of late.  This onboard isn't cutting it for me anymore.  I'm really looking for a decent sound card for less than $150 or $160, if not a little more than that.  I've heard good things about the HT OMEGA Claro (Plus+).  It certainly seems like a fairly powerful little card, and if I'm going to make an upgrade, I'd like to do it right so I don't end up with something that won't last for a while.

Any thoughts on this particular card, or perhaps its less expensive cousin, the HT OMEGA Striker?  Usage will be for music listening on a 5.1 set (Logitech X-540s at the moment, would like to upgrade these later on as well), general gaming, and perhaps some vinyl ripping later on down the road (note, probably MUCH later, this is NOT a necessity).  I should also mention I have quite a bit of FLAC audio and MP3 V0 for just about everything else, if that matters.

Thanks in advance!
