Streaming Ogg Vorbis and www.xiph.org issues

1) Guys from Xiph.org! Check Your pages. Check links to music sites, maybe some don`t work (one for me didn`t work).
Example of outdated page: http://www.xiph.org/ogg/index.html
"Our current development focuses on the Vorbis audio codec (now nearing initial release)." Initial relase was, it was 1.0. Development focuses not on Vorbis Codec. Or am i wrong?

2) How to make Ogg Vorbis radio?:
I search information about it both for UNIX machines and Windoze. Both using free software only and not only free software.
I already know: new Jetaudio can do this (Windows only, non free). DSP oddcast for Winamp2 (unable to run it, always errors). Or simply by sharing files using HTTP/FTP protocol, but it is not a radio sensu stricto.

Your help will help me ending work on text-rich Polish Ogg Vorbis page.

For Unix you can use icecast
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted, then used against you."

Icecast 2 and Ices2 to be precise.  =P

Or check out the related thread "OGG-streaming services?" for Peercast, an interesting server-ish program.
