How to convert .tta to .wav / FLAC

I got a .tta file and somehow I manage to split them using Medieval CUE Splitter. However, the 'cut' tracks are also in .tta format. So how am I going to convert them to FLAC/APE or other commonly known lossless codecs? It appears that my favourite music converter (dbPowerAmp) couldn't workaround with those file formats as well.

Either use the command line decoder to convert to WAVE and then back to FLAC/APE - or pipe from one to the other - or use foobar with the tta input component.
