i`ve been looking for a Wav Encoder but i can find one by itself , not a converter from one format to another. Plain WAV ENCODER . That i Can Put My Own Commandline in. i search and search i can find it is their is such a thing . Maybe they dont make it or they havent make that yet .

What, exactly, are you trying to “encode” to WAV? If it’s a CD, then what you need is a ripper (like EAC).

.wav is a container, not an audio format.

Therefore, there is no such thing as a "WAV encoder".


Anyways, foobar2000 can rip CDs or convert any other audio format to PCM contained in a .wav container.
