0.9.5.2 release change log mentioned "Improved ID3v2 specification compliance."

Wondering about the following 2:

language

original release date

Are they supported now?

According to the wiki page on ID3 tag mapping, the latter is supported, but the former is not mentioned. That said, the page claims to be correct as of 0.9, which means that it may or may not be outdated by now.
