how do i autogain my mp3's?

is there a program which i can use to set all my mp3's to a particular volume?  if there isn't, is there or will there be a plugin that will allow autogain?

You can use MP3Gain or foobar's ReplayGain feature. MP3Gain'ed files will playback at the corrected volume level on all players including portables, "foobar-gained" files will only playback at the corrected volume in foobar itself.
