Searching for XSPF playlist support player

I've been googling for a whole day.

There is a Foobar2000 v9 component "foo_xspf" out there which enables XSPF, but all downloading links are missing.
There is a Winamp plugin "plext" which does the same thing, and all downloading links are missing too.

I've also found some codes which can convert m3u to xspf, but the actual programme is nowhere.

I'll be very grateful if anyone could tell me where to get this XSPF support!

Found the player "Jukes" in this list, which gives me some hope that I can use it to generate XSPF playlist.
But it encounters execution error if I try to import an .ape, OMG.

I want to stream .mp3 on my blog (hopefully .mpc later). A flash player seems the only elegant way to do so. So I need XSPF.

But it's painful to write .xspf each time on my own. More importantly, I can't manage to use XSPF to split a single mp3 file into multiple tracks.

So stupid

yes, any kind of 'chapters' is pain in the b***, suggestions:

1. http://www.wimpyplayer.com/products/wimpy_mp3.html
(it can play folders, commercial though)

2. my half-baked php for embeding flash video (the idea is to populate movies folder and pulldown is generated automagically):
http://blog.somestuff.org/index.php?entry=entry070611-064852
(free, but you will need to hack it a bit to look fine with mp3s, chapters not supported.)
