Can this cause corrupt sectors in my FLAC files?

I have Kaspersky Internet Suit and i did a root scan for virus's and such. I originally didn't want it to scan my FLAC files, but I forgot to disable to the setting that would make it not scan compressed files so it scanned my precious FLAC files. What are the chances that this deep scan could corrupt my FLAC files or the sectors?

I use AVG to scan my drives.  I have for years.  I have never had a file damaged by AVG.

What are the chances that this deep scan could corrupt my FLAC files or the sectors?

About the same a normal playback of the FLAC file woudl corrupt it: very close to zero.
