dBpoweramp MC + CLI Encoder

Hi, I want to use dMC-r12 for rip to mp3, but a license is required for the built-in Lame mp3 encoder. The other (and free) option is to configure dMC with the CLI Encoder to use Lame.exe
I have a doubt: Is there any difference in the quality of the resulting mp3 files?
My command line: --preset insane [infile] [outfile]
How affect to the output files the first two check boxes (Highest Quality Decoded Source and Pass Wave Header)?

Thanks and sorry for my very bad english!

If the built-in LAME encoder and the external CLI are the same version (say 3.97), there should be no difference.
