Is there a fb2k plugin to cut/edit mp3 files?

Hi,

I don't like Audacity, I'd like to know whether Foobar2000 has a plugin which could do the same thing - cut and edit mp3s. Is it there something like this? at least could you recommend other program than audacity for that job? (Foobar plugin would be especially cool!!)

No.

Use mp3directcut and you'll have no additional encoding (i.e. additional quality loss).

Yes, I used mp3directcut and I liked it much better than audacity, but it would be cool if Foobar would have it's own plugin for that with all these features, like it has for ripping. Then foobar would be very universal audio player/editor..

There's your problem. foobar2000 is first and foremost an audio player.

therefore you should use foo_run to start mp3DirectCut with the appropiate mp3
