How to convert FLAC to AAC using Foobar?

I've got iTunesEncode.exe in my iTunes folder.  I created an output preset in Foobar to point to the iTunesEncode.exe file, but my conversion won't work.  I'm sure there's a thread giving step-by-step instructions for setting up this conversion, but I couldn't find it.  Please help me convert my FLAC files to AAC for my ipod.

Thank you.

are you using the "Custom" option or the "MP4 (Nero)" one? if it's the second one, then you need to get Nero's AAC encoder in order for it to work. otherwise, if you're using the "Custom" setting, then you just need to check the parameters that you're sending. i personally don't use iTunes so i can't be of much help in that area.

edit: spelling

The  "MP4 (Nero)" encoder should work as long as you have the free encoder from nero. Extract this somewhere on your system, the first time you convert to MP4, foobar will ask you to locate it and everything should work. The mp4 files it creates sound great and will play on an iPod.

I've already got the iTunesEncode file set up to convert FLAC to AAC, but I'm getting an error message from Foobar.  Last time I set all this up I was able to find a step-by-step guide in this forum (or so I thought).  I wonder if anyone could point me to such a guide?

I think this is where I need the help.  What are the output parameters I should be using in order to create an iTunes album folder with the individual songs inside it?
