0.9.3 - Noise of M-Audio Revolution 7.1

Hi,

The problem did not happen in 0.9.2.

When I upgrade to 0.9.3 (release), I found that the noise level raised a lot, once I suspect:

1) ReplayGain Source/Processing may have problem, so I set to None, but still have noise
2) Ouput format/PostProcessing tried 24bit, 32bit but no output at all, back to 16bit

Finally switch to Kernel Streaming and everything back to normal again. I've tried to add ASIO, but the plugin keep complain though I've none application using ASIO:

"An error occured while querying ASIO drivers. Please stop ASIO playback and shut down any other software using ASIO."
