best sw to manage hw flash-disk player

What free SW do people like for loading files on a hw player that's
seen as a generic flash drive?  iTunes won't do that will it?

I think most use windows explorer.

If you want something that can rename based on tags, etc, you could use foobar.

How about using your favourite filemanager ?
Mine is Total Commander (not free) , but there are others.
