Automatically tag mp3's?

I don't know if I titled this topic correctly or not.  Let me try to explain what I want to do.  For example I have this: D:\Music\barry white\1983\1983 - Dedicated - Barry White - 08. Dreams.mp3 .

As you can see I have the year of the album, the album name, the artist, the track #, and the title of the song in the file name.  Now I need something that is smart enough to be able to extract all that info out into the id tags.  Right now I am simply using the special file info box, but I still have to type in all this stuff manually.  Which is a pain to say the least.  For 1 or 2 mp3's it won't be so bad, but I have to do them for all my mp3's.  Haha don't ask why. 

I don't even know if there is anything out there that could do what I am asking.  But if you have anything at all that will make my life easier, that would be awesome.  Thank you.

use the masstagger: tagging-> edit tags
and then "guess values from filename..."

%date% - %album% - %artist% - %tracknumber%. %title%

When I go into edit tags, there is no "guess values from filename".  In fact, there is nothing in the "actions to perform" box.

but there is a "add" button below "actions to perform" box. Klick this and then should pop up a "select action type" dropdown.
Then you should find "guess values from filename..."

Works great.  Thanks buddy.  Now if only all my file names followed the same format haha.  Thanks again.
