Can't Get The Napster Player to work or play Music

Hey I just saw the news and wanted to try out that 5 free listens thing.  Anyways I can't get the player to work.  I have a account and is loged in.  I have norton and I even disabled everything and turned off windows pop up blocker and went into internet options and didnt see anything I get a error heres a pic of what I get mabie you guys can give me a recomendation on whats going on.  I had this prob with live360 or whatever radio site with its browser type player not launching.

I had to turn off ad-blocking for "double click" to get it to work.  Not sure if that will solve your problem or not.  What internet browser are you using?

Norton always causes internet problems.  Uninstall it and try again.  Norton is such a pile of sh!t.
If that doesn't work then reset IE to its defaults.
