When I use this plugin with my M-Audio Quattro, it won't let me test the specific channels correctly.  It groups the channels 1/2 together, and with either channel the testing only gives sound out of the left speaker.  Anyone else getting this behavior?

The latest version of the plugin gives better performance on dropouts, I think, than either directsound and the previous version of the plugin.  Thanks for your hard work.

There is no such thing as a device in ASIO - only channels.[...]

Edit: Hrrm ... which Revolution card are you using?

Thanks for the detailed explanation!  I thought i might be something like that.

I've got a Revolution 7.1, and I'll try Cubase or something similar to see if it works.

Works with M-Audio Delta Dio 2496. Since the Delta family shares the same driver, it should be working for all Delta cards.

Should maybe, but doesn't. At least, not on a Delta Audiophile 2496. All I get is silence - my Creative X-Fi works fine with ASIO however.

Edit: Oh, and it still makes Windows bluescreen when using KS output and pausing and restarting playback. I know it must be M-Audio's driver bug, but they don't seem to care about these old things any more...

Guess this is what they mean by "You get what you pay for."

It works with M-Audio 5.1.  However, the number 5 and 6 channels are grouped together, as shown here:

How can I enable left/right channels on 5/6 channels?????  Thanks.

parrot5, I see you are using the third lineout to playback music as it is meant to be a cleaner output. Looking in the manual, this works correctly using directsound when your drivers are set to mode X2. Did you manage to find a solution to get ASIO to use this lineout? I imagine the ASIO plugin for Winamp will allow this to work?

hi
Did anyone get f2k 0.9.4b2 to work with M-Audio Revo 5.1 via Asio output (1.2.4)? When I try to add an Asio virtual device I get a warning message that Asio is used by another app (or smthg like this).
With f2k 0.8.3 no such problem.
Plz help, I'm frustrated

Yes I have the same problem with M-Audio Firewire Audiophile.

And to lordgibbness, sorry for replying so late.  It actually works, it's just that the labelling is wrong.
