Another silent update
it's an internal snapshot build, not an "update".

I received the following error message during install:

winamp3.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?setFocus@RootWnd@@QAEXH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library common.dll.

After that one I got (three times):

winamp3.exe Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?focusVirtualChild@BaseWnd@@EAEHPAVRootWnd@@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library common.dll.

then I got:

winamp3.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?0VoidMemBlock@@IAE@HPAX@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library common.dll.

then I got the virtual child error 4 times and then the void mem block 1, then the virtual child 6 or 7 times (lost count) then I got:

winamp3.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?choose@ChooseDir@@QAEHPADBD@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library common.dll.

Then the vitural child error 3 more times and then the winamp set up window came up.

of course all my av settings were reset and library had to search again.

should i be worried about the above errors?

Always, always uninstall any old versions of Winamp3 before installing 491, or any internal build.  (or any version currently)

I will try this build as the last one crashed when I tried to open the preferences dialog (and yes Sawg, it was a clean install).

Will we ever see a faster, bug-free , less resource-draining
release of Winamp3 on the official winamp site?
I mean, the only available version is the 8/8/2002 release...

Sorry if this is the wrong spot for this but the only thing I can't work out so far with this new build is to do with replaygain.
I have a lot of music I've scanned with replaygain in the official winamp3 release. If I play these files in the new build the replaygain info isn't found, under replaygain -> show info I just get N/A, as if they'd never been scanned.
Is there some database file or something that I can copy across or will I need to scan files again?
