If you want to "see" the sound you can do it for free with foobar2000 or with Audacity, the sound editor.  If you are thinking some other way, I cannot help you.

Or do you search a visualization-plugin for your musicplayer like MediaMonkey, Foobar or Winamp?
Then I would check out G-Force which can be downlaoded here: http://www.soundspectrum.com/

For me it's the perfect visualization. And that's why I bought the Platinum-version. But also the free version looks great.

PS: I'm not working for SoundSpectrum!

my favorite is still milkdrop. You can get it for free for winamp or foobar (with a plugin).

No, it's actually, very easy to find the way to "see" the sound, it's difficult to find some nice visualization stuff. Man, when I tell visualization I mean son of lumiere - the modern invention of Skryabin :-)

The best visualization software ever created is located here

http://rabidhamster.org/R4/main.php

It is available as a Winamp plugin and as a standalone application ;-)

Rapid Hamster is the best, of course :-) Also the transitions between scenes are made mush worse than in the G-Force... G-Force is very smooth!
After some time they all begin to bore, however :-)

Well, here I have to disagree. At least G-force has over 1 million of different combinations. I can enjoy it for hours and hours.
