NAAC Crash

Hi there,

Got a bit of a problem which occurs when I play back my encoded files in any media player.

Here is what I have done >

1. Used EAC in secure mode to rip disc images as an uncompressed WAVE file.

2. Using latest version of Nero to compress into AAC using the "Audiophile" preset.

I haven't changed any settings, just using defaults set by the EAC wizard and default Nero profiles.

All of these are "dance" albums which are an endless track, I play them back using a cue file in Winamp. When you play back a particular file it will always crash the player at the same point. Im in the proccess of playing back all of the albums (I have ripped several), most of them seem ok but a couple have had the crash. As I still have the WAVE files I just re-encode them and all is fine.

Is there anyway to check what is happening? Nero doesnt seem to provide a log, and call me lazy but sitting and listening to about 10 hours of music to check if it crashes is a bit too much for me

I have the same problem if I play back in foobar, fourtunately due to the greatness of foobar it does at least provide an error message.

Code: [Select]
INFO (CORE) : startup time: 657 ms
INFO (CORE) : opening file for playback :
INFO (CORE) : location: "file://C:\Documents and Settings\Matthew\My Documents\My Music\Various Artists - Clubland 5\101-va-clubland_5-cd1.cue" (3)
INFO (CORE) : Clipping detected.
ERROR (foo_input_std) : Scalefactor out of range
ERROR (foo_input_std) : MP4: decode error.

I hope I have explained this problem fairly well, and also just wanna say nice website  Any help would be much appeciated. Mat.

Edit : Heres an error from another file, seems most of them have one somewhere or another...
