I had a look at the spec a while ago, the given SBR pseudo code seems almost identical to MPEG Layer 1.

Three versions of source codes are available such as floating-point, 24 bit fixed-point, and 32 bit fixed-point versions. They are highly readable and fully compliant to A2DP specifications.
