Problem: Certain Files will not llop

Hello Hydrogen Audio,
This is my first time posting here! I would like to say that Foobar2000 is the best audio program I have ever used, but I am having problems.

When I try to playback .spc (snes music) files using the "repeat one" feature, they will not loop back on themselves. They just hang. I cannot figure out a solution with my current level of knowlodge, and I have tried to search the internet for a fix.
I am using Foobar2000 0.8.3 and foo_winamp_input.dll + SNESamp.
My OS is Windows XP Pro. If you need more information, I will be more than happy to give it.

Oh, and is there currently a pluging for foobar that is similar to Winamp's Media Library plugin? When I say similar, I mean something that shows a dynamic, updateable, visible list of every song in user specified directories? So that if a file is removed, added, or changed, the library is updated and once again ready for searching/playing.

Thank you for reading!

I thought I fixed that bug already...

Anyway, if you want the files to loop naturally, instead of cutting/fading at the specified or default length and restarting, you should configure the plug-in (Festalon, GEP, NEZplug, foo_spc...) to play indefinitely. That way, it will ignore the length and play until stopped.

Also, in case you ask, there is no way for it to do that only when Repeat One is working, as there is no way to distinguish between the core or the user seeking back to the start of the file. (And even if there was, I would also have to assume that in Repeat One mode, fade should not apply.)

Oops, I missed the part where you mentioned the Winamp input wrapper. I cannot recommend you use such buggy software. foobar2000 already has a sufficient SPC component in the form of foo_gep. I think someone is/was working on a snesapu.dll based component if you really want the 96/24 and/or cubic interpolation (and/or line noise simulation!) it provides, so you can try searching the forum...

A Q. @ Kode54 (or others in the know):

You have a number of plugins on your page that playbacks different (what an ignorant plebeian  as myself would sum up as) "game formats". But several of them, as mention here with .spc files, does playback of the same formats/extensions. Is there some overview of the different extensions handled by the different plugins, which plugin will override which in case all are installed and several can handle the same extension(s), and which plugin would be considered the recommended for the different formats/extensions?

I would be grateful if somebody could cast some light over this puzzling field of audio formats of which I know next to nothing....

EDIT: Typo.

@Kode
Thank you for replying to my question. I kind of thought that the problem was in the plugin, but I was at the same time kind of hoping that there would be a way to repeat one whenever I'd like (since I have it on global hotkey).
