What is OGG-Flac?

I have noticed various references to Ogg-flac.  How is that different from just plain flac?  Or are they the same thing?  I notice that some protable players are now supporting Ogg but not Flac.  Will these then play Ogg-flac files losslessly?  Is there a benefit of one over the other?  If Ogg-flac is preferred is there any easy way to convert Flac to Ogg-flac (as I am well on my way to converting my CD collection to Flac.)

Thanks,
John

Portable players that claim to have Ogg support most likely have Ogg Vorbis support only.

OGG = container (like avi, wav or matroska)
Vorbis = audio codec (like mp3, aac)
FLAC = Free Lossless Audio Codec
OGG FLAC = FLAC inside OGG

Since we're talking about container formats, probably the best examples for codecs would be something like DivX, Sorenson, Indeo, or any of those other video codecs that use an AVI or Quicktime container.
