SHOUTCAST Stream info in playlist

OK, I have been dealing with this for at least three revisions of fb2k, and It's finally getting on my nerves.  The SHOUTCast stream information for a stream isn't displayed on the playlist, even though its displayed/updated on the title bar and tooltip of the fb2k systray icon.  What gives?

This is something that makes it so uncomfortable to view the titles of currently playing songs when they're from an internet radio station, because I have to either restore foobar's window, or wait 2-3 secs on the system tray icon.

edit: word revision.

Are you sure you have dynamic info enabled in the relevant places? This thread discusses a similar (if not the same) problem.

Yeah, I didn't have Prefs -> Display -> Show dynamic info in playlist enabled.

Feel dumb for not doing the search in the forum before posting.

bad mig!!

I am having the same problem and I already have that option enabled.

It just shows in playlist as numbers like 1038.

Yet I used the same code in title formating for all of them.

Seeing as it displays fine in title window and in the system tray.

Dang its Columns UI.

Anyone know how to make it work with Columns UI then?

Wow just fixed it myself. lol

Open Preferences > Display > Columns UI > Columns Tab > Filename Column

Change it to:

[%artist% - ]$if2(%title%,%_filename_ext%)
