I would like to second this and ask also if it would be possible to have an impulse noisetune setting possible as well.  It would be very nice for me to be able to make 1.1 RC1 .oggs from my FLAC files with the settings I want.

Yes, it's possible. Sorry that things have been a little slow lately but I've had an overload of video transfer to deal with. This should reduce in the next week to ten days at which time I will be able to give this, and the other requests proper attention.
