Is it a bug in Nero AAC Codec?

I've prepared stereo wav with 32000Hz, then encoded it at VBR Tape, LC profile. Foobar shows that this file is 43 kbps 48000Hz - what is this?
Next, I've decompressed it in foobar into wav, wav show 32000Hz.
Where the truth?

Obviously if you decode the file without resampling, and the wav is 32khz, then the mp4 is also 32khz, and foobar just shows the sampling rate wrong.

Did you try "reload info from file" in the info box?

Maybe you encoded the same file before at a different samplerate and foobar still has the info for that in its database.
