Hosting Services

Hey! I'm looking for a good/cheap hosting service. Mainly so I can have one constant online presence. I already have Hotmail and Yahoo email accounts, but I want something that is not as "generic".

Anyway, does anyone know about some hosting service that has:

1. normal web hosting
2. DNS hosting (of course)
3. more than one email address
4. web access to my email
5. imap access
6. mysql and php

i've already looked at some, i guess the webmail access is something that most services don't offer.

I use atlantic.net for my .com (my .net is on a different Australian hosting company that allows legal adult content *just in case* I ever want to use that). Atlantic does have a nice web-based email interface for the email. Depends on what you call "cheap" - I am paying 30some dollars a month for the Gold plan, it is the closest to the old FeaturePrice plan I was using before.

I haven't signed up yet, but cihost.com seems to be pretty cheap and I've never heard any disparaging remarks about their service.
