Foobar2000 v2.24.1 keeps crashing for me, multiple times per day

Foobar2000 keeps crashing for me, multiple times per day I will play a normal audio file from my library, either in exclusive output or not (I've tried both many times to see if that's the issue) and it will just crash. Sometimes it gives me a dialog and sometimes it doesn't. It has been crashing consistently like this since the 6th of october. I've tried updating, deleting and downgrading recently installed components and nothing worked. I've attached the crash report files. Running Foobar2000 v2.24.1 and Windows 11. Please help me out  :'(

Quick glance.

I had all of a sudden the same thing on my similar foobar build. It was foo_multisource in my case. You might want to try to drop that.

The TXT file stack trace seems to point to foo_uie_eslyric.

Maybe remove that component and see if the crashes stop…

The direct cause is foo_uie_eslyric, but why are there three of them, foo_uie_lyrics3 and foo_openlyrics?
@Defender is right, foo_multisource is a crash component.

Yep, the issue was in eslyric kinda like I thought, thanks to everyone who suggested it. Removing it fixed the crashes. A real shame because it was the main component which I used in foobar. Now I can at least try and figure out the cause of the crashes with the developer. I uninstalled it - crashes stopped. Tried installing it back and it now crashes again.

I hope you are right. I initially thought so too, but it actually was foo_multisource in my case. After removing eslyrics it looked stable at first, but still suffered infrequent crashes, which only were gone after dropping multisource.
After that I could reinstall eslyrics.

Took me a very loooooooooong time to positively identify the real culprit, since crash.txt suggested eslyrics.

I see, I uninstalled both at once tho since you suggested multisource

I have ESLyric, OpenLyrics, and LSP/Multisource 2.1 all installed on a tabbed panel, ever since Foobar v2 64-bit now v 2.24.1 and never had a crash associated with any of them.  Windows 11 24H2.

I use ESLyric as my primary lyrics app in that it is always tabbed open and set to auto-search on new tracks.  The other two I have set to NOT auto-search, and use them for manual searches when I want to double-check a result (or non-result) from ESLyric.

If you have all three running at once on auto-search, that may be the cause of your crashes--"colliding" on the same site, etc.  It would also risk getting an IP ban from a site if you are always doing the same search 3 times from one computer.

The crash report _seems_ to be pointing at Direct2D which is used for graphics rendering. Other components should not affect this.

Muddying water? Please check his crash.txt

He is using x86 since among things he is running:
foo_uie_panel_splitter
foo_uie_elplaylist

And of course:
App: foobar2000 v2.24.1
Arch: x86
UI: Columns UI 2.1.0

The problem is in the x86 version of multisource. Not x64 multisource 2.1.
I pointed this out to the creator of multisource a long time ago, never any reaction and no newer x86 builds are made available.
