Playback Rate Shift returns to its previous setting

Hello. In my Foobar2000, the Playback Rate Shift component sometimes returns to its previous setting when I change the DSP chain. I can share a video of this happening if requested. What can be the cause of this, and how can I solve this problem?

It's because if you change the whole chain and hit "OK" or "Apply" the Playback Rate Shift settings are lost.
Note that PRS is another DSP effect.

Honestly sounds like a potential bug. I will have to look when I have time.
