Line IN as input for Teams/Zoom/Discord etc. possible?

I was wondering if VOIP apps like Teams/Zoom/Discord/Steam etc. can be used with the LINE IN set as the default recording device in Windows 10 instead of the MIC input? Searching on google didn't give any relevant results.

The reason why I'm asking is that I'm considering to get the Boya BY-XM6-S1 as a wireless MIC but it doesn't have any MIC output to connect to the PC's MIC input. It only has a LINE OUT connection.
I'm looking for a wireless MIC to use while playing games and I'm quite far away from the PC. I do not want to get a wireless headset since I'm a bit picky when it comes to which headphones to use and I would rather use my own pair.

If this isn't possible then I'm also considering the more expensive ModMic wireless, but it doesn't sound too great. Are there any alternatives out there? I have done some google searches without any luck.

If the manual is correct, I'd say you can use the mic's line out to connect your computer's line in.
