HE AAC - Nero Media Player or Nero Wave Editor

I wonder why I don't get the exact same output .mp4 file when I use those progs with the same settings *confused* Average Bitrate is the same, but there's a small difference concerning the file size.

Also there's maybe a bug in the winamp plugin (oh wonder  ). If I delete the little tag info, which is inserted in both files, the file created by the Nero Media Player becomes 20kb larger. Strange, it doesn't happen to the Nero Wave Editor file.
