Error when converting FLAC to AAC

Whenever I try to convert my FLAC audio to AAC, it gives me this error:

Source: "E:\Music\Released\Kanye West\The Life Of Pablo\11 - FML.flac"

An error occurred while writing to file (The encoder has terminated prematurely with code 1 (0x00000001); please re-check parameters) : "E:\Converted Music\FML.m4a"

Additional information:

Encoder stream format: 44100Hz / 2ch / 16bps

Command line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\encoders\fhgaacenc.exe" --ignorelength --quiet --vbr 6 - "FML.m4a"

Working folder: E:\Converted Music\

Conversion failed: The encoder has terminated prematurely with code 1 (0x00000001); please re-check parameters

I have tried multiple times and done everything I can think of to try and fix this but it always gives me the same error. I looked up the issue and it might be an error with the amount of audio channels in my downloaded music, but i'm not sure if/what I am supposed to change to get this to work.
I put a screenshot of my settings in the attached images. Any help? Thanks!

If you use fhgaacenc from the Free Encoder Pack error code 1 means it couldn't access the enc_fhgaac.dll encoding library from Winamp. Do you have Winamp installed or have you copied the required files to the same directory where the encoder binary is?
The files it requires are enc_fhgaac.dll and libmp4v2.dll.

Also IIRC the latest beta (Winamp 5.8) doesn't have this encoder, so Winamp 5.6 is needed.

I can confirm this, definitely not in the 5.8 beta package.  Like Case said, no need to actually install Winamp 5.6, just extract the contents with 7-Zip and copy those two files into the encoders folder.

I am using Foobar2000 just to be clear, but you are saying that I should get those files from winamp 5.6 and put them in the encoders folder of foobar? I wasnt sure if you were under the impression that i was using winamp or not so i just wanted to make sure.
