AccurateRip does not work in EAC.

Hello.

I recentely got a problem, AccurateRip stopped working, entirely.
I have not changed the system, configuration, or reinstalled EAC, but AR stopped working, results stopped appearing in logs, or in the window that is used to submit results.

I asked Andre, but we came to conclusion that he does not know where the problem may lie.

Another thing is, the ID of my drives appear in EAC differently than they did, previously my IDE drives were on Adapter 1 and had IDs 0 and 1, while my SCSI drives were on Adapter 2 and had IDs 0 and 1, now all appear on the same Adapter and have continous IDs from 0 to 3, I don't know if that has anything to do with AR, but this the only thing that changed.

I have installed the latest release with AccurateRip plug-in, but the problrm remains, in the drive menu I cannot select the box with AR, the option is disabled and inactive, so I cannot tick the box.

Any help?

I liked the results appearing in my logs...

Try this:

Code: [Select]
REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AWSoftware\EACU\Drive Options]

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP]

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AWSoftware\EACU\Drive Options]
@=-

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP]
@=-

;;

1. Paste these lines into a text editor ("notepad.exe", e.g.).
2. Save the file as ANSI file with a .reg-extension ("ARipClean.reg", e.g.).
3. Close Exact Audio Copy.
4. Import that .reg-file (double-click on it).
5. Start EAC and reconfigure your drives.

Thanks, It turned out, that after reinstallation the drives had to be calibrated with key discs, the whole problem arose, because I was ripping discs that were not jey discs in AR database, so the ptoblem solved itself once I placed a key disc by accident, because I did not know that, I was just ripping disc after disc and suddenly one og those discs turned out to be AR key disc.
